“Jay Bhole Group started in the year 2006 with a petite collection of Shiv Bhakts of Shri. Neelkanth Mahadev. As is a well-known fact that the holy month of Shravan attracts a lot of Devotees to Shivalayas, so did us, the founding members of Jay Bhole Group.
The start of Jay Bhole group itself is very interesting, the founding Shiv bhakts, all Serendipitously got this call from the almighty and approached the pandit for a Shiv Pooja to be performed near Brahma Murat Time (03:00-05:00) a.m. for the entire holy month of Shravan. The very first day of (hindu Calendar) was decided as the day to start the Vedic Puja at Shri Neelkanth Mahadev temple, ranna park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Never did we know that what was going to start that day will continue to this day, to this size and over hours, days, months, years and over a decade plus years and that the blessings of Mahadev will help us mature in his pooja archana, like the way we are today.
One among the many numerous goods things that have happened since that first day is that either the shiv bhakts by the grace of Mahadev from Day 1 are still active members or the next generations of some of original group members have filled into spaces left by their near and dear ones.
It makes us feel as if we are following the lineage tradition that majority of Shiv Poojaris of Dwadersh Jyotirlinga do, the baton is passed from one generation to another.”
